The cost of relying on memory

What slips through the cracks costs you.

“I’ll send the term sheet Thursday.”

A promise buried in a call can become a missed deadline. Emerson pulls commitments from recorded conversations, connects them to the client and surfaces dated tasks. Follow through while the opportunity is still warm.

Your client remembers the whole story.

Your team should be able to, too. Bring connected conversations, agreements and payments into one client timeline. Answer the question in front of you without asking three colleagues to reconstruct the history.

When someone leaves, keep the context.

A relationship should belong to the firm, even when one person knows it best. Give the next colleague the recorded history, outstanding commitments and documents they need to make the handoff feel like continuity.

The inbox you know. The context you need.

Keep Gmail or Outlook and your existing address. See the relationship behind the message before you reply.

  • Surface priority messages before they get buried
  • Every thread attached to the person, not floating in a folder
  • Replies drafted in your own words, waiting for a yes

Before and after the meeting

Leave the meeting with the next move.

A good conversation only creates value if someone follows through. Review meeting prep, capture the conversation and turn commitments into next steps.

  • Recorded, transcribed and summarised without a separate tool
  • Promises pulled out of the transcript and dated
  • Follow-up drafts ready for your review

Money

See the work. Know what is owed.

Bring invoices, payments and client context together. Review outstanding fees while keeping client funds held in trust separate.

  • Unbilled time, invoiced, paid and outstanding in one place
  • Client money held in trust kept separate, always
  • A CFO brief written from it and filed in your documents

Work you can hand over

Move the work beyond the reminder.

Give Emerson a task, review the steps and approve actions that need your decision. Keep follow-through visible across the team.

  • It asks before it sends, pays, or signs
  • Every action written down, so you can check rather than trust
  • Outreach that starts itself when something real happens

Your firm’s shared memory

Say a name. Get everything.

Emerson is the relationship CRM that gives your firm a shared memory. Connected emails, calls, meetings, documents and payments come together around each client, so your team knows what happened, what was promised and what needs to happen next.

When the context lives with the relationship, a handoff does not have to start from zero. Walk into the meeting prepared, pick up where a colleague left off, and review the next commitment before it slips.

How it starts

Your team has work to do. We handle setup.

1

We build it

We agree the workflow, configure your own deployment and prepare the import. Standard setup takes two business days once scope and access are confirmed.

2

You connect your mail

You click through Google's or Microsoft's own consent screen, so we never see a password and you can revoke it whenever you like.

3

It starts remembering

Connected activity starts building the timeline. Your team can find the history and pick up the next action without starting from scratch.

The cost of losing the thread

What would one lost relationship cost your firm?

Think beyond the next invoice. A missed commitment can put the deal, the repeat business and the next introduction at risk. What is that relationship worth to you?

/ 01

The deal you worked to win

You earned the introduction and had the meeting. The next step is where momentum can disappear. Emerson surfaces commitments and follow-up tasks so your team can act while the conversation is still warm.
/ 02

The client who could come back

A handoff should carry the history with it. Give the next person the conversations, documents and open commitments, so your client does not have to rebuild the relationship from the beginning.
/ 03

The referral you may never hear about

People put their own reputation behind an introduction. Consistent follow-through gives them a reason to make it. Keep the context and next action visible to the team responsible for earning that trust.

Bring one important relationship to the conversation. We will show how Emerson helps your team prepare, respond and follow through.

Who it is for

For firms where relationships drive revenue.

Law firms

Keep matter deadlines, client commitments and outstanding fees in view.

Medical and private practice

Give practice operations a shared memory, with clinical use subject to compliance readiness.

Capital and deal firms

Walk into every investor conversation with the history behind it.
More relationship-led teams

Your workflow. Your vocabulary.

Medical and dental practicesBeing built now

Patients, intake packets, consents and recalls, with every message and document on the patient's own record.

Behavioral health and therapy

Intake, scheduling and the paperwork chase, without a clinical record system pretending to be a CRM.

Accounting and tax firms

Clients, engagements, deadlines and the document chase, in one place through filing season.

Insurance agencies

Policies, renewals and claims conversations, with the whole history of a household on one screen.

Wealth management and RIAs

Every household, every meeting, every promise made in it, with the paperwork attached.

Real estate brokerages

Listings, buyers, showings and closings, with the contract and the conversation in the same record.

Construction and contracting

Bids, change orders, draws and the messages that decided them, per job rather than per inbox.

Consulting and agencies

Pipeline, scopes, retainers and delivery, without four tools disagreeing about the same client.

Staffing and recruiting

Candidates, clients and placements on one spine, so the follow-up is written before the day ends.

Before you are up

Start the day knowing what needs you.

An example day with connected mail, meetings and scheduled workflows. See what moved, who needs a reply and which commitment is due.

5:40 amLast night's calls are transcribed, and anything you promised in them is pulled out and dated.
6:15 amOvernight email is read. The three that actually need you are separated from the ninety that do not.
7:00 amYour brief is written: what moved, what is owed, who has gone quiet, what is due today.
8:30 amPrep for your first meeting is in your hand, including the last thing you told them you would do.
1:20 pmA promise made on the eleven o'clock call is already a dated task with a name on it.
5:45 pmFollow-ups from today's meetings are drafted and waiting for a yes.
11:10 pmTomorrow's prep is built while the office is dark, so the brief is there before you are.
Ask with context

Less searching. Better questions.

What did we promise this client? Start with the recorded conversation.

What it connects to

Keep the tools your relationships already use.

Mail and calendar

Gmail and Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365. Connected by you, through their own consent screens.

Money

Stripe and QuickBooks, so what was invoiced and what was paid sit beside the conversation about it.

Phone and text

Your own number through Twilio. Calls recorded and transcribed, texts in the same thread as the emails.

Signing

Agreements drafted, sent and signed without a separate e-signature subscription.
How we operate

Four things we put in writing.

Your own database

One deployment and one database per client. Isolation is at the credential level, not a tenant column in a shared table.

Your own address

Mail leaves under your name and calls come from your number. Nothing routes through a shared sender.

Your records are yours

Ask for a full export on any day you like and you get one, in a format you can actually open. Nothing is held back to make you stay.

Certified infrastructure

SOC 2 Type II certified cloud, AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit. Our own certification is underway, and the roadmap is published rather than promised.

The cost of waiting

A follow-up goes quiet while the context sits in another inbox.

A partner walks into a meeting without the promise a colleague made.

A handoff starts with a search instead of the next action.

Your team can work harder. Or give the relationship a shared memory.

In their words

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

What does it actually replace?

Emerson brings client records, meeting capture, e-signatures, campaigns, tasks and shared documents into one workflow. We review your current tools with you to decide what can be replaced and what should stay.

How long until it is running?

Standard setup takes two business days after we confirm the scope and receive the access and files we need. Larger migrations and custom work get an agreed schedule.

Is it per seat?

No. $1,000 a month for the firm, everyone included. Give your partners, assistants and team access without a seat fee. Only connected mailboxes beyond the included allowance add to the subscription.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, whenever you ask, as a full export in a format you can actually open. Your data is yours. Emerson itself stays ours, so what you would take is the record, not the software.

Do I have to move off the tools I like?

No. Your mail stays where it is, Gmail or Outlook. Emerson reads and writes through your own account rather than replacing it.

Who is actually using it?

A real estate capital firm running twenty thousand investor relationships through it. A nursing company running its patient intake and signing on it. And Emerson North itself, running every client relationship in the agency on one deployment, which is the hardest version of the problem: many firms, one record each.

What happens on day one?

We confirm the workflow, review the data you want to bring across and connect your accounts with you. Your setup schedule is agreed before work begins.

Do you replace my email address?

No. Your mail stays exactly where it is. Emerson reads and writes through your own Google or Microsoft account, so nothing changes for the people who write to you.

Is there a contract?

The core subscription has a 12-month term, billed monthly or prepaid annually. We confirm scope and any optional work before you commit.

Can my assistant use it too?

Yes, and it costs nothing extra. Give your partners, assistants and team access without a seat fee. Only connected mailboxes beyond the included allowance add to the subscription.

Anything else, email hello@emersonnorth.com.

Your next client conversation should start where the last one left off.
