Know firms that deservebetter follow-through?
Introduce relationship-led firms to Emerson, or sell the platform as a commission-only closer. Help owners solve the cost of scattered client context and earn recurring commission under an agreement made before the introduction.
You know the room. We will do the work.
You spend your week around owners running a ten-person firm on eight tools and one person’s memory. You are not going to sell them software and we are not asking you to. Make the introduction, tell them the truth about us, and step out. We take the first call from there and you hear how it went either way.
The arrangement is a share of what the account pays, for as long as it pays, and it is agreed in writing before the introduction rather than after the deal. We do not print a rate here because the honest number is different for a name handed over than for someone who stays in the relationship, and a number on a marketing page is a number we would end up renegotiating with you on the call.
Tell us who you know. You will have a real number back in one email, not a partner programme with tiers in it.
What is the rate?
Agreed in writing before the introduction, and not moved afterwards. It depends on whether you hand over a name and step out or stay in the relationship, which is why there is no number printed on this page. One email gets you one.
How do you know it came from me?
The introduction is the record. Forward the email or copy us in, and we log it against the account the day it happens, before anybody has sold anything.
Do I have to be on the call?
No. Most people introduce us and step out. If you would rather sit in on the first fifteen minutes so your name is attached to something that went well, we would rather have you there.
What if they are not a fit?
We tell them so on the call instead of running them through a sales process. Your name is the thing you are lending us, and it comes back intact.
20% recurring. $200 a month, per client, for as long as they stay.
Emerson is $1,000 a month for the whole firm. Your share is 20% of it, which is $200 a month, and it pays every month the client pays. Fifty accounts is $10,000 a month, or $120,000 a year, and next month it is still $10,000 without you selling anything new.
That is the entire pitch, which is why the terms underneath it are worth reading properly rather than skimming.
The terms, plainly
- Paid as collected. 20% of what the account actually pays, released monthly as the money arrives. Nothing is advanced and nothing is paid on a signature.
- Churn stops it. You are paid for every month a client pays and nothing on an account that leaves.
- No base, no draw. A month where nothing closes pays nothing. If you need a floor to make the month work, take a job with a floor instead.
- It does not expire. No cutoff at twelve months. The share runs as long as the account does.
What the role is, and is not
- It is: finding the firm, running the conversation and closing it. The walkthrough and the pricing page exist so that you never have to be the most technical person in the room.
- It is: one price to defend. $1,000 a month for the firm, everyone included, so headcount never becomes the objection.
- It is not: a salaried seat, a support role, or a one-time bounty you chase and move on from.
- It is not: quick. A book of fifty is built over months, and the first one of those months pays very little.
Is there really no base?
None. No salary, no draw, no benefits. The first account you close starts paying you $200 a month in the month it starts paying us, and a month where nothing closes pays nothing at all.
What happens when a client cancels?
Your share stops with their payment. You keep every month already collected, and there is nothing after that. An account that leaves in month four paid you four times.
Does the 20% expire?
No. There is no cutoff at twelve months. 20% runs for as long as the account does, which is the whole reason the number compounds.
What am I actually selling?
Lead with Emerson at $1,000 a month for the firm. Emerson + Operator is optional at $3,000 a month. Custom implementation is quoted individually and is not required for a standard subscription. Agree any custom-work commission in writing.
How do I start?
One email with what you sell today and who you sell it to. If it fits, the next step is a call rather than a hiring process.
