What is in it

The full workflow. One subscription.

Core includes the capabilities below. Connected mailbox limits apply; operator support and custom implementation are optional.

The whole list
Mail and messages
  • Multiple inboxes on one screen, Gmail and Outlook together
  • Read and sent through your own account, so nobody changes address
  • Texts in the same thread as the emails, from your own number
  • Priority messages surfaced so important replies are easier to find
  • Replies drafted in your own words, waiting on a yes
  • Campaigns and sequences, with enrolment and exits
  • Sending to a whole list at once, with the carrier registration handled
Calls and meetings
  • Video calling, hosted, with no separate subscription
  • Your own phone number, with calls recorded and transcribed
  • Meeting scheduling, including a public booking page of your own
  • Availability, round-robin between people, and reminders
  • Prep in your hand before the meeting, with what you last promised
  • The follow-up drafted the same afternoon, not the next week
People and clients
  • One timeline per person: every email, call, meeting, document and payment
  • Clients, matters or patients, named for the work you actually do
  • Companies and the people inside them, joined properly
  • Your team, with who owns what
  • Pipelines, from first contact to signed
  • Your own fields on a contact, and a spreadsheet imported without cleaning it up first
  • Business cards scanned in with your phone
Documents and signing
  • A universal folder system, shared with clients where you choose
  • Agreements drafted, sent, and signed without a separate e-signature bill
  • Signatures, with who has signed and who you are waiting on
  • Proposals and terms, from your own templates
  • Your own letterhead on everything that leaves the building
Money
  • Invoiced and paid, beside the conversation about it
  • Stripe and QuickBooks connected by you
  • Revenue, and what the firm is owed
  • Unbilled work on one page, which is usually the biggest number on the books
  • Fees and rates: what your own pricing actually earns per hour
  • A trust ledger kept properly separate, for the firms that answer for one
Getting work in
  • A front door: one intake link that drops an enquiry into your pipeline
  • Landing pages, hosted, without a website project
  • A booking page on your own domain
  • Every enquiry answered from the same place the rest of the work lives
The work itself
  • Tasks, with promises pulled out of calls and dated
  • A brief every morning: what moved, what is owed, who has gone quiet
  • A tracker per matter or client, so a job's whole state is one page
  • Talk: ask it out loud instead of clicking
  • Search across all of it, by name
On your desk and in your pocket
  • Installed on a Mac or a PC like an app, not a bookmark
  • Signed into on your phone with Face ID
  • A new device paired by scanning a code
  • Told when a client texts or emails, on the phone or by email
Your firm, your rules
  • Your own colours and logo throughout
  • Owners and managers, and control of which pages a manager sees
  • A health page that says when a connection has dropped, before a client does
  • Your own database, not a row in somebody else's

Optional support

More help when the work calls for it.

Start with Emerson. Add an operator or a custom implementation only when your firm needs the extra support.

Emerson + Operator

$3,000 / month

The software, plus a person who runs it with you.

For a firm that does not want to own the cadence itself.

  • Everything in Emerson
  • A named operator, not a support queue
  • The weekly cadence run with you, not handed to you
  • Quarterly review of what the numbers actually say

Custom Implementation

Scoped individually

Custom work is quoted separately. It is not required to start with Emerson.

For complex migrations, multiple entities or workflows that need a custom build.

  • Multiple entities under one roof
  • Your existing system migrated, not re-typed
  • An agreed implementation plan
  • Custom work against your own processes

The model

Unlimited people. 10 mailboxes. That is the whole meter.

Give your partners, assistants and team access without a seat fee. Only connected mailboxes beyond the included allowance add to the subscription.

What we count

Connected mailboxes. 10 in the price, $75 a month after that.

What we do not count

People who sign in. Add colleagues without a seat fee; connecting mailboxes beyond the included allowance changes the price.

Why we say it out loud

Per seat pricing charges you for putting the right people on the work. We would rather you gave everyone an account.

Side by side

$12,000 a year, for all of it.

The value is easier to judge against your own workflow. Count time spent reconstructing context, handoffs that stall and tools you could retire. Do not count work you still need.

Questions

What people ask about the money.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. $10,000 up front instead of $12,000 across the year. Two months free. Either way it is a 12-month term.

What counts as a mailbox?

One Gmail or Outlook account connected to Emerson. 10 are included, and each one after that is $75 a month. A person is not a mailbox: someone who signs in, reads the dashboard and never connects their mail adds nothing to the invoice.

What happens when we grow?

Hiring does not change the price, because people are not metered. Unlimited people means what it says. Additional connected mailboxes cost $75 a month each. Optional operator support and custom work are separate choices.

Is there a contract?

Yes, a 12-month term. Standard setup takes two business days once scope and access are confirmed. Any custom implementation has its own agreed scope and schedule. Your data is yours throughout, and you can have a full export of it whenever you ask.

What does it actually replace?

Emerson brings client records, meeting capture, e-signatures, campaigns, tasks and shared documents into one workflow. We review your current tools with you to decide what can be replaced and what should stay.

How long until it is running?

Standard setup takes two business days after we confirm the scope and receive the access and files we need. Larger migrations and custom work get an agreed schedule.

Is it per seat?

No. $1,000 a month for the firm, everyone included. Give your partners, assistants and team access without a seat fee. Only connected mailboxes beyond the included allowance add to the subscription.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, whenever you ask, as a full export in a format you can actually open. Your data is yours. Emerson itself stays ours, so what you would take is the record, not the software.

Do I have to move off the tools I like?

No. Your mail stays where it is, Gmail or Outlook. Emerson reads and writes through your own account rather than replacing it.
